Part A: DECK OF CARDS (Time)
(Complete the deck for time)
-Draw cards from a standard 52-card deck plus 2 Jokers. Each card drawn determines which exercise to do and the number of reps. *Face cards = 10 reps, Aces = 11 reps*
-Each team of 2 will have their own deck.
-One partner works at a time while other partner holds plank.
-Divide reps however you want.
HEARTS: push ups
SPADES: ab mat sit ups
CLUBS: reverse lunges (with KB farmers carry)
DIAMONDS: knees to chest
JOKERS: 15 Burpees
PART B: Partner Wallballs and Deadlifts (Time)
