SOMETHING I AM PROUD OF: I have never been athletic or competitive. When I started seven years ago I weighed 95lbs and could not do a sit-up. I had always been skinny, so I didn’t feel like I had to workout. I was so wrong! I gained 25lbs of muscle and feel so much healthier. I never thought I would be athletic, but here I am at 43, and healthier than ever before! 

SOMETHING I AM WORKING ON: Bar muscle-ups and consistency double under.

A PIECE OF ADVICE: Don’t give up on yourself! Take one hour out of your day to do this for yourself! You will feel better mentally and physically. You only get one chance to live your best life!
