SOMETHING YOU MAY NOT KNOW: I often say, in a joking manner, that CrossFit keeps me sane. The truth is, I attribute a lot of my success as a wife, parent and professional to CrossFit and the lessons I learn about myself as I put in the work regularly. Annnnnnnd, I am terrified of thunderstorms and totally in love with cookies from a little shop in Sanford called Mille’s Mama Bakes

SOMETHING I AM WORKING ON: Stringing together bar muscle ups. 

A PIECE OF ADVICE: Find a group that will challenge and motivate you. Invite other people to join you with extra credit and additional workouts. Find accountability partners who will keep you honest and make sure you are giving 100% each day. I am blessed to have that with the morning crowd at CFL! And – Compete…compete with yourself every single day. Show up, do more, try harder, move faster, be healthier, YOU ARE WORTH IT!
