HOW MANY YEARS HAVE YOU BEEN CROSSFITTING? I have been CrossFitting about 7 years

FAVORITE GIRL WOD: Grace or Angie, I love these because they really push you to do your best since they are both for time.

FAVORITE MOVEMENT: This past year I have been able to get my muscle ups and handstand push ups so I like working on those. But my favorite movement is toes to bar and clean/clean and jerks. 

SOMETHING YOU ARE PROUD OF: I am proud of being more comfortable with myself. I have never been the smallest girl but with CrossFit I feel better. I feel strong, beautiful and powerful. I can also relive stress at the gym, one of my best friends at the gym and I have a saying, “Get Mad”. No matter how bad you are hurting or how much you want to stop, Don’t. You got it. 

SOMETHING YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT YOURSELF: I have done every sport you can imagine. I was really committed to dancing when I was younger but I didn’t stick with it. 

SOMETHING I AM WORKING ON: I am working on being myself and coming out of my shell. It’s hard to be yourself these days because you always feel like you have to live up to someone’s expectations. It’s really easy for people my age to get depression and anxiety, but I have to say CrossFit is my anti stressor, this is my thing. 

A PIECE OF ADVICE: Be you. Do you. For you. Be truthful to yourself and never give up on you. You’re doing great! Always hype yourself up, if you don’t nobody else will.
