SOMETHING I AM PROUD OF:  I’m very proud of how far I have come as an athlete in such a short time of doing Crossfit.

SOMETHING YOU DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME: I have a love for boy bands. *NYSYNC in particular and my food weakness is Ben and Jerry’s half baked ice cream

SOMETHING I AM TRYING TO WORK ON: Currently trying to get better with overhead squats and ring muscle ups

MY BEST PIECE OF ADVICE: Create goals for yourself long term and short term. Make those goals known to the people around you and chase after them. The best thing about the gym is our family and the way we push each other to get better. We want to help you be the best you, but so do your peers. Having those girls and the group of people around you make going to the gym not feel like a chore.
