Warm-up (No Measure)

WARM UP:

10 High Knees

10 Active Samson (lunging hip stretch) 5 per side

10 Toy Soldier (leg kicks) 5 per side

10 Arm Circles 5 forward/5 backward

10 Walking Quad Stretch 5 per side

10 Butt Kickers
Don’t take too long to complete warm up so Heart Rate increases with these exercises!

Homework Day 1 (Time)

50 Jumping Jacks

40 Butt Kicks

30 Hip Glute Bridges

20 Push Ups

10 Tricep Dips
Do this 2 times through! Step it up this week….get that Heart Rate up and work hard!

Core 1 (No Measure)

2 Rounds:

30 second Plank Hold

20 sit ups
