10 Arm Circles 5 forward/5 backward

10 Walking Quad Stretch 5 per side

10 Air Squats

10 Push Ups

10 High Knees
Modify the push ups by using box, chair, side of the couch or wall. Practice good plank form! Use a target to touch for your Air Squats and keep core tight!! Engage the core in ALL exercises!
