20 Toy Soldiers (straight leg kicks)
20 Arm circles (10 each way)
20 Arm Swings (across body)
20 Butt Kickers
20 Calf raises

Stop every 2 minutes and complete:
5 Air Squats
10 Shoulder Taps (5 per side)
