40 Step Ups

Use a step stool, step in your house at your stairs, step on your porch, etc. If you do not have one to use then step over something like a toy, a box, etc. Put weights in your hands to make it more challenging!

Accessory Work

Warm-up (No Measure)

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes:

2 Push Ups

1 Burpee

Complete work and rest until the next minute. GOOD FORM on push ups….elevate the push ups to modify.
