“Death” by Burpees
Use a running clock or stopwatch.
When it starts, do 1 burpee. Rest until the 1 minute mark. Then do 2 burpees.
Each minute after that, add 1 rep. You can stop after 10 minutes, or you can keep going until you are unable to finish them within that minute.
Add up your score at the end…if you make it 10 minutes that is 55 burpees!
I know you all hate burpees, but they are a great movement to work the entire body and get in a great workout in a short amount of time.
