For time, to the tune of 12 days of Christmas:

1 Deadlift

2 Hang Power Cleans

3 Front Squats

4 Shoulder Press

5 Back Squats

6 Push Press

7 Thrusters

8 Cleans

9 Push Jerks

10 Hang Power Snatches

11 Overhead Squats

12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

-Bar starts from the floor initially. break as much as needed at any point during the sequence, but try to hang on in the early part when sets are small.

-Use the same bar for all movements, so scale according to limiting movements such as strict shoulder press, hang snatch, or overhead squat.

***Starts with 1 Deadlift, then goes 2 hang cleans, 1 deadlift..3 front squat, 2 hang cleans, 1 deadlift, etc.

-Score is time to complete.

-Scale as needed.
