June Burpee Challenge (AMRAP – Reps)
The Challenge: Accumulate 250 burpees every week in the month of June.
By doing so, you will have completed 1,000 Burpees!!!
Challenge Dates: June 3rd – June 30th
Scoring: Score the total reps of burpees that you complete each day. Then, every Sunday, log your total burpees for the previous week (Monday through Sunday). Be sure to accumulate at least 250 burpees each week to qualify!
On June 30th, there will be a separate score where you note if you successfully completed the challenge every week throughout the month.
Challenge Dates: June 1 – June 30
Tips:
You could do 50 burpees on 5 days of each week. They do NOT have to be completed all at once. For example, you could do 20 in the morning, 15 before your workout, and 15 before dinner.
Find a Burpee Buddy to keep you accountable in this challenge. A group of you could do 25 before class and 25 after!
Modification Options:
Wheelchair option: transfer from wheelchair to a bench/surface area of the same height, and back. Perform an arm jack in between.
Modified Burpees – knee push-up, no jumping
Elevated Up Downs – off bench or chair, no push-up
Do burpees done in workouts count toward my burpees?
Yes! Any burpees in your workout can be counted towards your daily burpee total.
