Skill
Straight line running drills. Create narrow pathways with PVC pipes along the floor. Instruct kids to run through without touching the pipes. Discuss how running straight is more efficient than running in jagged lines.
Metcon (Time)
Keep the PVC lanes. Form two teams. Two kids at a time run through the pipes, perform 5 jump squats at the end, run back. Tag your next teammate.
