GOAL: LONG CONDITIONING | RPE 6 | This is going to be our longer session on the Bike. You will see these mixed in. This is to make sure we are comfortable being in longer time domains pushing the pace on the Bike. Ideally, we would like to see an EZ pedal during the rest periods. Focus on consistent effort here!

GOAL: LONG CONDITIONING | RPE 8 | This is our more intense effort. Focus on consistent or negative splits. Similarly, we want EZ pedaling on the bike during rests. Try to get your Watts up right away instead of building to your pace!
