Partner Wall balls
Partner kids up based on size/the weight of ball they can manage. Let them practice partner wall balls for 5-6 minutes, performing a full squat each time and then tossing the ball in with both hands high to partner.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

3:00 Partner AMRAP
Partners perform 2 partner wall balls, then one partner runs the ball down 15 yards there and back. Partners perform 2 more partner wall balls, then the other partner runs the ball down and back. After the first AMRAP, let them rest and switch partners.
