GOAL: RPE 9 | Similar focus as previous weeks. Loading today should be heavier than the weight of your best Jerk. We still want to see the bar sitting heavy and high on the shoulders. Focus on staying vertical throughout your entire movement, going up and going down!

GOAL: ACCESSORY | RPE 6 | Bodyweight Push/Pull. Goal is unbroken to the best of your ability. For quality is because we don’t want to rush this and end up having to break up our sets. If hitting those bigger sets is not going to be unbroken then aim for your biggest sets possible. Make sure we are not getting sloppy with our movement and using legs or kips to get us through our sets.
