GOAL: SKILL | RPE 8 | Increasing reps from last week! Goal is to keep the same intensity here, we want to sprint the ski again and then right on the :30 we are getting into the BMU. The goal is to perform these unbroken which we should have held last week so this week we want unbroken with the higher rep range!
