Warm-up
Follow the leader jog, varying movement patterns (jog, run, karaoke, lateral runs, gallops, etc). 5 mins.
Skill
Wall Balls
Draw targets on the wall with chalk, depending on each kid’s height. Let them practice hitting the target, ensuring they do a full squat each time. We use varying weights from dodgeballs (light sponge balls) up to 12 pounds for older kids.

1 shuttle run
5 wall balls
* Partner 1 completes a full round then switches with partner 2.
One shuttle run is 25 feet down + 25 feet back
