Warm-up
Log jumpers
Split into two groups. All kids except one lay on the ground, about 3 feet apart. The kid left standing is the jumper. As the “logs”roll towards the jumper, he/she jumps over each one, then lies down to join. The kid who was the first log then becomes the jumper.
Skill
box step-ups
Since we are stepping and not jumping, they may use a higher box than usual. Feet must alternate each time.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Team AMRAP 9:00
3 man teams. Each team has a box. Together, they must complete 15 step-ups. They can split reps however they choose.When done, push the box 5 yards.
