GOAL: STRENGTH | RPE 6 | Similar to our Bench Press. We are looking for challenging but doable loading. We have Pressing twice a week so we are not trying to blow up our shoulders this first week but get the body acclimated for our following weeks.

GOAL: METCON | RPE 8 | We are aiming for a consistent effort or negative splits. Keep the Shuttle Run to a steady but uncomfortable pace. Unbroken on the GHD Sit-Ups and Handstand Push-Ups.
