COMPETE | PART 1

Push Press (4×4)

GOAL: STRENGTH | RPE 7 | Light to moderate Strict Press today. We are building up to 4 working sets, so the same weight across all four sets. Focus on challenging but with perfect form with a decent jump from last week (5×5 is a total of 25 reps, today is a total of 16 reps). The first two sets should feel pretty good and then we should start feeling it more in the last two reps of the last two sets.

GOAL: METCON | RPE 8 | Big sets or unbroken if you have it in you. Focus on consistent effort on the Handstand Walk. Ideally unbroken, however if this is a tough movement for you then let’s cut it down to 25′ each round. Goal for us only doing 25′ is to get it down with only one break.
