Similar focus here with the Strict Press, this should be slightly challenging but absolutely perfect with form. Only the later sets and reps should there start to be a more challenging effort as we are fatiguing through the work.

GOAL: METCON | RPE 8 | Big leg pump here. Stay consistent on the Bike and ideally unbroken on the Box Step Overs but no more than 2 sets to complete. This should feel sprint but only if you can sustain that effort for all the rounds!
