Crossfit Lillington – Mayhem Affiliate – Kids (5-8)
Warm-up
Ball balance relay. Set up three cones in a line, 5 yards apart. You can setup for however many teams you need (2-4 kids per team). Each team has three balls. When you say go, they must go one at a time and balance the ball on the cone, starting with the nearest one. Then, starting with the farthest cone, they must take them off again one at a time. The team to place and return all three balls first, wins!
Skill
jump ropes
Practice for about 10 minutes. If you have a long enough rope, have two coaches hold while kids take turns jumping.
