Classic Workout – All

Gwen (Weight)

Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets

*Sets must be completed unbroken. Pick a single weight with which to complete all 3 rounds of the prescribed number of repetitions of Clean-and-Jerks. Touch and go at the floor only. Use the same load for each set.
