Warm-up
Boom, clap, snatch. This is a game. Partner kids up and give them a small ball or cone. They sit across from each other with the object between them. Someone yells out “Boom, Clap, or snatch.”Boom” = hitting both legs with your hands. “Clap”=a clap. “Snatch” = grab the object. Whoever gets it first, wins!
Skill
Pull-ups. Start them out with scap pull-ups, then let them try full. Place their feetin your hands and help them pullup if needed.

Pull-ups
Burpees
Jumping jacks
Jumping squats
Break them into 4 groups. Have them work :20 at each station, then rotate.
