Warm-up
Warm up:
Fish game on rower! Allow kids to accumulate as many points as they can in 2:00.
Demonstrate proper rowing sequence (hips then arms on the pull phase, and arms then hips on the return).
Skill
Wall walk/ handstand hold on the wall. Start by laying face down, away from wall, feet touching wall. Show kids how to move your feet to “walk” up the wall, while walking the hands toward the wall at the same time. Kids can walk as close to the wall as they are comfortable, and challenge them to hold the top position for :10
Metcon (Time)
Teams of 4 relay:
30 yard run
5 pushups
10 jumping jacks
30 yard run
Rotate the first person in line after every relay. Run 4-5 relays
