Crossfit Lillington – Mayhem Affiliate – Kids (5-8)
Warm-up
Relay race down the turf. Split the kids in two teams and position them at each 5 yard line. Give the first kid a ball. The first team to get the ball all the way down and back (passing every 5 yards) wins!
Skill
KB deadlifts. Remind kids to keep their backs straight and their chests up.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner AMRAP 8 minutes
Set up 6-7 PVC pipes about a foot apart. Partner 1 will bunny hop over the pipes, perform 5 DB deadlifts, 5 yards of bear crawling, then run back to tag their partner.
