Headstands. Grab some thick floor mats. Demonstrate the steps for a headstand: get down in a low squat, push the knees out with the elbows, lean forward onto the palms, place head on the mat, and lean forward until your feet come off the ground. Show them how the knees rest on the elbows and how to squeeze their core to stay upright. If they get this step down, let them try to bring their legs up into a full headstand with legs straight.
Review dumbbell snatches. Back stays straight when lifting and DB goes straight from the floor to overhead. (Keep them light.)
