4.40 Challenge Details (No Measure)

Let’s start the year strong!

THE CHALLENGE: Athletes have the opportunity to earn points daily, which accumulate over the course of the challenge. Whoever has the highest points at the end, wins.

DATES: The challenge will run from January 1st until *(GYM OWNERS: choose between January 31st OR February 13th)*

LOGGING: Athletes will log points earned each day as “reps”. Please also list your point breakdown in your scoring notes each day. On the last day of the challenge, you will add up and submit your total score for the challenge.
