Crossfit Lillington – Mayhem Affiliate – Kids (5-8)

Warm-up

Team ball relay. Split kids into groups of 3-4. Each team member has a ball. One by one, they must race their ball to the end (about 10-15 yards), then come back and tag the next teammate. The first team to have all their balls to the end and all team members back across the line, wins!

Skill

Single arm devil’s press

If you have enough dumbbells, teach regular devil’s press. Demonstrate the movement and let them practice 4-5 minutes.
