March Push Pull Challenge (Checkmark)
The Challenge: 2 days per week throughout March, complete the Push Pull Challenge.
Challenge Details:
We have included 4 tiers for this challenge to accommodate athletes of all levels. Choose a level that challenges you, but it is attainable. All levels qualify for the challenge.
Freedom (RX)
Complete in under 10 minutes
100 Push-Ups
50 Strict Pull-ups
(Partition any way)
Independence (Intermediate)
Complete in under 10 minutes
50 Push-Ups
25 Strict Pull-ups
(Partition any way)
Liberty (Beginner)
Complete in under 10 minutes
50 Elevated Push-ups
50 Ring Rows
(Partition any way)
Compete (RX+)
Complete in under 10 minutes
100 Push-Ups
50 Strict Pull-ups
(Unpartitioned, but can choose which movement to do first)
For all levels except Compete, you may go back and forth between movements until you have completed the necessary reps. We suggest using the clock in an EMOM-style. For example:
EMOM10: 10 Push-ups + 5 Strict Pull-ups

Challenge Dates: March 1st through March 28th.
For the purpose of this challenge, we consider a week to be Sunday through Saturday.
Scoring: The scoring is a checkmark if you complete the challenge that day. On March 28th, there will be an additional score section where you will note if you completed the entire challenge.
