Small group fitness classes led by a skilled and educated trainer in “constantly varied functional movements at high intensity,” as defined by CrossFit.
Designed for beginners, intermediate, or advanced athletes. Those new to CrossFit will be provided with a foundations class to learn the 9 Fundamental Movements of CrossFit and advanced CrossFitters will be able to jump right into class.
You will receive the high quality instruction and individual attention necessary to safely and successfully complete the WOD (workout of the day).
