ALL ARE WELCOME HERE
- Small group fitness classes led by a skilled and educated trainer in “constantly varied functional movements at high intensity,” as defined by CrossFit.
- Designed for beginners, intermediate, or advanced athletes. Those new to CrossFit will be provided with a foundations class to learn the 9 Fundamental Movements of CrossFit and advanced CrossFitters will be able to jump right into class.
- You will receive the high quality instruction and individual attention necessary to safely and successfully complete the WOD (workout of the day).
- We strive to ensure athletes experience an encouraging and positive community atmosphere from trainers and fellow athletes in the gym every class.
