*No additional time b/t each 2:00 set. Transition immediately to the next 2:00 station once the 2:00 clock expires.

*For the row just get in what you can in 2 minutes…if you finish the 500/400 M just rest until the 2 minutes is up.
*Pick some heavy KBs or DBs and carry them as far as possible in 2 Minutes. Use the turf area or the opposite side of the rig.
