1. Choose to max a lift we have been working on.

2. Choose to work on a gymnastics movement.

I will help you enter anything you choose into the computer.

You will be allowed to split calories however you and your partner choose. However, the resting partner should be “holding the baby” at all times.

The baby cannot come into contact with the floor at any point. You may hold the baby in any way. The baby is a heavy DB/KB
