Remember, ideally these steps aren’t something you work hard for by running or working out, but instead think about going on an enjoyable walk, choosing to take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
I get excited when I forget something on the other side of the house because it forces me to get steps haha. Try to change your perspective with this to be fun, not forced.
