Warm-up
Junkyard Dog
Partner kids up according to height and have them each do 3 rounds.
Skill
Box Step-ups
These will be done with a light weight of their choosing (kb, db, ball, etc). They can also hold it however they choose. Keep the boxes short to avoid falling, since this will be challenging without having their hands to balance. Practice for 6-7 minutes, making sure they alternate their feet with each step.
If small enough boxes are not available, younger kids can step on a stack of 45# plates at an appropriate height for them.

8 weighted step-ups
If you don’t have enough boxes, make it a partner workout where kids share a box:

* Have each partner on opposite sides of the box. Share the reps, one partner works at a time.
