20 seconds each: Walk, jog, sprint

Repeat for 5 minutes total

5 rope swings

5 air squats

10-minute partner AMRAP

Partner 1:

10 crunches and 10 air squats

Partner 2:

Max rope dead hang ( can also use pull up bar for hang if ropes are not available)
