I need to clean the gym and hang shelves and move equipment. Please take all your stuff home or put in a container with your name on it. I don’t want to be responsible for mismatching Nano’s and wrist wraps. If it’s still here I will do my best to keep it organized, but no promises. Thanks.

August AMRAP Challenge (Calories)
Today’s AMRAP is: 2 minute Row for max calories. Rollover calories count (meaning don’t log your score until the monitor stops).
From Home Option: if you can’t make it to the gym today, or don’t have access to a rower, instead perform 2 minutes of max burpees.

August AMRAP Challenge: we will program a two-minute max effort AMRAP (as many reps/calories as possible) workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week in August. You have to do them all on the day they are programmed to complete this challenge. If you can’t make it to the gym that day, a “from home” option will be provided.
