Repeat for 5 minutes total

Take some time to practice proper form in these movements:
Burpee box get over
Sled push or weighted carry
Metcon (Time)

Partner 1: 6 burpee box get overs
Partner 2: 20 yard sled push (or 20 yd carry)
One round is completed when each partner completes 6 burpee box get overs and a 20 yard sled push
