Practice seal walks:
You can use sliders, small frisbees, or other item under feet, or draq feet with the bottoms facing up. Demo how to seal walk, keeping the core tight and legs straight. Turn the hands out and take short, quick steps, trying to keep shoulders stacked over wrists. Practice for 7-8 minutes.
