Minute 4: Max Sandbag cleans (150/100) (at least 5)
Minute 5: 15/12 cal row
Minute 6: Rest
Score is max SBC reps/goblet squats over 5 rounds
If you are don’t have a machine, sub 150m run, 7 shuttle runs (25 feet down + 25 feet back), or repeat another machine. The Sandbag cleans can be subbed for Power Cleans (185/125), if needed.
