10 box step overs w sandbag (100|70) (20″ box for all athletes)
Each round will subtract 10 yards on farmers carry. 10 box step overs after each round, so you will finish with 10 yard carry and 10 box step overs.
The 300m run can be subbed for 400/325m Row or 24/18 cal Air Bike, if needed. If you don’t have access to sandbags, sub carrying the KBs for the step overs. They can be held any way.
