Warm-up

Zig, Zag Run
Set up 3-4 cones in a zig-zag line and have the kids practice running and cutting around each cone.
Optional: time them to add some additional fun.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Partner AMRAP 7:00
Partner 1: 7-10 ring rows (scale accordingly for smaller kiddos)
Partner 2: holds bottom of a squat with arms extended out front.
Both partners work at the same time and swich after the ring rows are complete.
If possible, have the ring rows be on the opposite side of the room from the squats. Partner 1 completes the ring rows, then has to run over and tag their partner before switching.
