Animal walks 30 yards each:
-Bear Crawl
-Crab Walk
-Frog Jumps (broad jumps)
-Alligator Crawl
Skill
-Rower
-Dumbbell Shoulder Press
-Sled
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
10 minute AMRAP
Teams of 2 (you go I go)
5 calories on the rower
5 shoulder Dumbbell shoulder press
30 yard sled push (or 3 shuttle runs)
Each shuttle run rep is 25 feet down + 25 feet back.
