Warm-up
3 minute jog or machine of choice

30 yard:
Side shuffle
High knees
Butt kicks
Walk on tip toes
Walk on heels
-into-
2 sets
10 air squats
10 yard lunge
Skill
Take a few minutes to practice each movement. Front squats can be with a single DB, Kettlebell, PVC, or trainer bar.
-Lunges
-Ab mat sit-ups

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

8 Front Squats with 5lb Barbell
