Warm-up
Relay Race – Collect all the balls
-Put a pile of dodgeballs 20 yds away.
-Each group (of 2-3) will have a bucket.
-The goal is to run down, grab a ball, and return it to your bucket.
-The group with the most balls at the end wins.
Alternative option: use wall balls (not too heavy). Race down and return them to your team’s station.
