Warm-up

Run up the stairs, through the mezzanine, down the stairs. When you get back to the starting area, perform 5 push-ups.

Continue in that pattern 2 more rounds, performing 10 situps (lap 2), and 15 air squats (lap 3)

Skill

Push up.

Demonstrate proper hand placement: Hands under shoulders, creating a straight line from the shoulder to the hands.

Elbows pointed back (not out to the side) when you lower down to the ground. Explain that the elbows and head create the shape of an arrow.
