Crossfit Lillington – Mayhem Affiliate – Kids (5-8)
Warm-up
cone-stacking relay. Place a line of four or five cones 3-5 feet apart. Split kids into teams. 2-3 can race at a time. In a suicide sprint style, have them stack the cones on top of the first one at a time until all the cones are done.
Skill
wallballs. Draw targets on the wall with chalk for them to throw the ball to.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
9 min. AMRAP
Split kids into 3-4 teams. This will also be a relay style. One at a time, they will perform:
4 wall balls
Run from wall to ropes
Swing from box to box and back
Run back and tag the next teammate.
