Warm-up
For the warmup and skill portions today, we will do work stations. The stations are:
Jump rope
Goblet Squat (holding light DB)
Burpees
They will work at a station for :40, then rotate/transition for :20. Do this for 9 minutes.
Metcon (Time)
“Mayhem obstacle course”
Line kids up in one long line. Here is an example, but be creative and add/remove movements!
1 rope swing
Jump across 4 boxes of varying height or from plate to plate
4 line hops (over jump ropes laid flat)
Climb onto a bench and off and repeat onto another bench
Army crawl under a few benches
Forward rolls on a gymnastics mat
1 basketball shot attempt of a ball into a bucket
Return the ball and get back in line
