Skill
4 rounds with a partner:
5 synchro air squats
5 partner abmat sit ups – high 5 at the top
10 synchro lunges
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
10:00 AMRAP
Partner 1 – 10 abmat sit ups
Partner 2 – 50 ft sled push
Both partners complete 10 air squats before switching (synchro if possible)
If sleds are unavailable, change the sled push to 8/6 calorie Air Bike OR 25ft lunge + run back.
